★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad after sale services. If you're interested to buy Suzuki then better to go to any other agencies rather than here. They'll just forget you after their sale. You have to beg them for services. They'll call you on a particular time and let you sit for hours for the scooty servicing. My wife suffering a lot due to their improper behaviours and mis commitment. On the contrary, yamaha, is sending their mechanic to your home for scooty servicing. Before we had yamaha scooty and now switched to Suzuki. This is our mistake to buy Suzuki particularlyfrom this agency..

You have not to worry about the services. They'll call you on a particular time and let you relax for servicing. On demand they will send their mechanic to your home for servicing. Before we had other brand vehicle and now we switched to Suzuki. This is our fortune to buy Suzuki particularlyfrom this agency..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pathetic expeirence. Had to wait for 7 hours for mere servicing. They take extra in the name of mechanical repairs and if you ask them to include the extras in the bill they create fiasco. Staffs are lazy & incompetent. They don't know how to earn a fair day's income.
No one there to listen to your problems and act promptly.
It's my 2nd time here in 2 years and they have not improved.

But, Service department and environment is like SAKARI KARYALAY. Waiting room is without fan or AC, no proper ventilation. Service exclusive behavior is very rude

Unlike the Japanese philosophy and workmanship that celebrates efficiency and quality, the service experience at Parashar Automobile is nothing short of harassment. Suzuki makes great vehicles which is why people buy them. But at the service station, they keep you waiting. Parashar Automobiles gets lots of vehicles for servicing but they have multiple bottlenecks that slow everything down. There is just one washing bay where only one bike is washed at a time while the queue keeps waiting.
The billing section is a real nightmare. For some reason the person at the billing desk enters the spares that he issues on his computer and also maintains a physical record. He does the same redundant work for every transaction. Moreover, he is very slow with his work. The same person at the billing issues you insurance, also fetches the spares, and maintains inventory, while everyone waits. It usually takes at least 15-20 minutes to get billed, something that should not take more than 5 minutes.
Their servicing is just a farce. All they do is change mobil oil and add few drops of lube here and there. They charge you ~₹350 for it, plus you get hounded by their working staff for kharcha paani - highly unprofessional.
