β β β β β Really had a very bad time as a customer.. product ordered, thy didnt dispatch for 15 only giving reasons of Covid..no proper customer care to reach out to..thy blocked me on insta, FB etc n cancelled my order from their end, when I started asking for refund..I hd to send 20 emails requesting them to refund.. finally tagging kartik Venkat CEO of the company...it's been a month I am still awaiting my refund.. Please beware when you order from these sites...thts the reason y common ppl don't trust these sites. Trust is an important factor which they don't have..

β β β β β The service was good until the work was delivered. We were promised life time service if there are issues with the products/hinges. Within two months the hinges were rusted (see photo attached). We have been following-up for a year, and Vikram doesn't bother to reply to calls or messages. The after service is really unacceptable. Doesn't answer calls/messages after receiving full payment.
