At the time of delivery of my activa few days back fitting issue was there and brake light and indicator was not working. Need to update on vehicles inspection more work to be done on customer handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine they have not refunded my balance payment when i booked and paid for DLX PRO model and instead they sent me DLX model. What a shameful act of hoarding customer's hard earned money without any reason. It's more than a year now. 13 months. Is Honda Japan not bothered too to get its name spoilt like this. Common My dreams, don't be so careless and without feeling. Check my customer care mails. Still no response. Waiting to inform Honda Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to visit. First of all they denied test ride for Honda Dio, they told there's no any vehicle for test ride. After meeting there senior, they allotted one vehicle of which Petrol finished after taking the vehicle from the showrooms gate. There wasn't Petrol to take test ride. They told that they will arrange Petrol and give test ride till then seat in Showroom. The Air-conditioning unit was not ON, all fans were placed nearby tables were there own staff seat, for Customer seating there wasn't any fan. Very Horrible state of staying there for sometime. Management needs to look into it.
