Even if the parts are ok they will tell you its gone and you need to replace.

I was not happy with my new 5g guard (steel coated) as it was getting rust on it within 2 months, they didn't fixed it at the time of 1st free service :( but now at the time of 2nd service (after 4 months) the rust was more on the guard and finally they replaced it :) .. Thanks to Mr. Ro**n

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Arrogant staff. They have charged alot for general checkup without any washing. Till you get bike it is good behaviour but once they have it nobody is there for you. They keep shuffling the contacts between people to avoid the customer with issue.
