★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people consistently outperform there previous worst quality standards. I went to port my sim and was asked to wait with a reason that the person has gone out. One guy was sitting and busy on speaking on phone. Reminding myself of my previous experience I chose to step out and get it done somewhere else. Mr. Mukesh Ambani these kind of people will pull JIO down for sure.

We had to wait for 20-25 minutes just to get a sim.
Zero customer interaction.
Very unhappy with their service.
There was an imbecile named Prateek who did not even wear a mask and wore it once we told him to!
There were 2 people in the shop but the other one seemed to be playing pubg rather than attending the customers.

They speak to customers rudely. I was there to get a duplicate sim. They made me wait for half an hour. One person was sitting speaking in phone. And one more person said to go to other jio center. They don't even have manners and common sense to behave with customers. And they don't even know how to talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the jio store located at Kamakya theater signal for a new jio Sim card yesterday 30 dec'21 around 4pm... Store was empty except 3 staff members without any mask... 1 Staff attended my request and asked for the aadhar number which I gave...Then the staff took me to corner of room for photo...Only after I insisted this staff wore mask...Then he clicked atleast 10 photos of mine and according to him none of the photo was accepted in his phone...only once it was accepted and by the time we reached from the corner to his desk even this photo got rejected... Staff informed photo is not matching and informed there is a technical issue...felt they are lying casual and unprofessional attitude...

The person was so very impolite was continuously talking on calls and inbetween to me and again on call wearing an earphone was not even sure with whom he was talking. Laughing on call and again ask what and continue on call. Poor store maintenance and so unethical store person. Not sure why they open store and sit if they want to talk on mobile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely no value for customer. One person was outside chatting with auto guy. They didn't even listen properly to my request and was trying to get me out as soon as possible. 5 staff of not use, just chit chatting, watching videos and not trying to help at all.
Worst experience. Don't know if Reliance Jio is even looking at the reviews?
