★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service! I was supposed to get scheduled (home visit) medical tests done through them for my insurance. The guy who was supposed to test came at 8:00AM instead of scheduled 9:30AM. I had gone out to get groceries and he didn't even wait for 10 mins for me to get back home. The guy left stating that he will be back at 9:30. After sometime he called me and said that he will not be coming since i was not ready by the time he came at 8:00.
It's like we are their slaves even after having paid for the medical tests. When i called their office regarding this, they just kept saying we will look into it. Haven't recieved a call from them till now.
They are really pathetic. Do not care about their customers at all! Avoid at all the cost.
