When it comes to health sector we see clean and hygiene place. Toilets are untidy.
There are no professionals here I believe, was waiting for such a long time from 10 am to 1 pm just overall check up. Few ppl arrived late and finished early. And I see only few ppl wearing white apron. Pls don't consider this when you decided to check up your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience . The place is not clean . The linens and pillows at the testing facility are not clean and stained with blood marks. They don’t even wash them.
They are not committed to the promise of timely delivery . I’ll never go back .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I have visited Sagar Clinics in Banashankari on 4th March and it's one of the worst experience. I had taken appointment at 9 to 10 and I was at 8:45 due to non availability of the doctor I had to re visit post 11:30 by the time finished all medical examination it took around 01:30pm. The staff there is not up to the mark, there is absolutely no coordination for tests and unorganized. Even for the reports, I had to do multiple follow ups. The X Ray films machine not working for more than 10 days. Today i. e... 13th March still the reports are not ready and the staffs are not sure when it is going to be ready. Not expected these service from such co-operates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the oldest customer, I referred my family and friends many times to be part of this clinic since it was with Appolo.
Recently the service gone down to Govt hospital level.
1 No proper guidance to elder patients (who are the major customer)
2 Don't trust on timing what they communicate while acknowledging the receipt
3 No proper time management with different tests even there is 1 or 2 patients on weekday (this is my experience)
4 Neglected attitude towards the elder people
5 if you have leisure time to quarrel and be there with your patient for following up each and every step then you can go to this clinic.
Over and above if they do not know how to manage the administrative things, it's very much questionable on "Quality of tests" and "results". Because these tests should be conducted in highly efficient and organised environment on par with medical standards.
My suggestion - Better to look at the reliable service provider. Don't fall into discounts and freebies because "no one should compromise with health".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst health clinics. The service deteriorated every year on year.
I had been a regular for health checkups and cannot stop thinking that it is a money milking institution.
Today my wife visited for executive health checkup. Starting from booking the response was a pale - come tomorrow at 8 am. When visited, until you pay there will be open response. After that its all your own responsibility. You only need to check what next and move around. ENT, Eye check up and Dental checkup is just a routine. Worst, in the evening when you go to collect report, your file will not be ready and you need to collect reports by reminding them what tests you did.
Not sure if we can trust those numbers in the reports too.

There is NO any parking for vehicle's
Staff are likely too new, not much of detailed support
Hygiene needs to improve, not for detailed or more specialist sort of attention , possible here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management. No doctor comes on time. Psychotherapist is the worst. Was to come in the morning and landed up late in the evening after multiple promises and delays.
Quite disorganised as well. Choose another place!!!
