This store is taking money to solve problems. my friend brought one gift card so one of the jio agent took 100 rs extra and told this is interest fee.Most worst shop in whole universe , All the agents inside this store are beggars . Dont believe in customer service. This staff should be kicked out.

Twice I visited ... both the times the entire staff was having lunch, way before usual lunch hours.... And asked me to go to other jio stores which are wayyy across the city incase i was in hurry.
