★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are extremely rude and do not want to work. I have been going there for 3 days now and they just tell me to come back next day on one pretext or other. Today's reason - store is under repair come back another day.
Mr. Joy is actually doing a favor to jio by working for jio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seldom rate a store very poorly. Thos shop is in good location adequately stocked and no problem with the infrastructure / cleanliness. But the manpower is simply horrible there,you will hardly find such non-coperative unit of staff members, especially a young man with beard is surprisingly arrogant. They have charged 50 Rs for sim replacement,where the charge is 25 Rs. The 25 Rs is not very important but they say our system showed 50 Rs and you need to pay that. I paid without creating much noise as I was in hurry, some other customers came and they were also treated very badly. The owner of this shop.must look at this issue before his investment go for a toss.

Despite of hundreds of negative reviews about him, really don't know why the company is not taking actions. He doesn't know how to talk to customers at all. Jio really needs to do something when customers are putting in the effort to write a negative review.
