★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mybookzone should train their customer care and update their data. Since I have shifted cities, I decided to forego their services. 2 YEARS BACK. They not only called me unaware that I was no longer a member but when I stated the reason why I wasn't, when asked, they went on further to ask, " Why exactly did you shift " How does it matter? Maybe you drove me away from my hometown by asking silly questions?
Mybookzone evidently does not understand that people might be at work, and the last thing they want to do is offer explanations about personal decisions.
