No assistance provided for repairs. Now claiming that the user has put local coolant. Ended up paying 16000 for 2 days despite wasting an entire day waiting for help. Check every nook and corner of the car before even thinking of going ahead with these leeches.

They will tell you after the booking that there is an issue with your documents when everyone else out there has no issues. Probably they started this service for criminals due to which added security measures are in place.

They are a fraud company.
First they gave me a Haryana (yellow) plate car for my Delhi address and now I have to bear tha cost of RTO tax.
After talking with customer care they simply refuse to provide a Delhi permit or Delhi number car.
Now I have to bear the cost for driving the car in Delhi.
Please beware of this company. It’s better to book other services.
