Apologies to trouble you guys every now and then due to my lack of knowledge of the new fancy technologies as I am an old school driver but every query was answered patiently with charm. Mychoize experience has been really great, thank you once again. Kudos to Nitin (Relationship Manager, Pune) for the constant support and the drop n pickup staff who were very informative, kind and honest. Highly recommended for self drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a booking I had a bad experience. I tried to call them to understand the free KM rental. But after hanging me for 10 minutes by saying "You call is very important to us and you will be connected to executive shortly and bla bla bla ..... " continuesly. After 10 minutes I heard a beautiful voice saying "Good Byyyyeeeee" :-D :-D :-D . Not sure what they will do with me or with my deposit money after booking. Go for zooooooom ...

The team cancelled the booking on my behalf and trying to refund partial amount! This is a scam business, they only loot people!
Don’t ever book cars from here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with MyChoize has been good. Even after reading all the bad reviews, I decided to try them for our 3 days family trip. I booked Marazzo a month in advance. On the day of booking, I received a sms and a call 4 hours in advance informing that the car is ready. They were courteous to handover the car 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without extra charge. The paperwork and car inspection took 1 hr. Car was in descent condition. Our car had speed governor for 80kmph, which I found to be a bit annoying on highways.
Car did not give any troubles during the trip. It had fastag preinstalled which was good. The toll amount was later deducted from deposit. On returning the car, I received final invoice after 4 days. No extra charges were added in the deposit amount.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I think their strict procedures and speed limit keeps careless and rash drivers at bay. That way they can keep their fleet in good shape.

Cars are clean and they explain everything in detail. The person in charge explains all the things that needs to be taken care while going places and also highlights the car in detail.

Had booked a Baleno and finally I got a completely manual featured swift dzire with 50 rupees credit for not being able to get baleno .
Car had no power windows , no central locking , non functional music system & can’t describe more . This company should be your last choice for hiring self drive cars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With 1 service experience so far, i would gladly share 5/5 for the kind of service support & car i got delivered for #2 days usage & return was also a hassle-free task, till getting 100% refund of security, with zero follow-up.
Hired Mahindra Marazo on 08-Sep-21 & luckily got free upgrade to Innova Crysta with no hike in charges. Car delivered was very neat & clean, no service issue. To my expectation, i got mail on refund process automatically within 3 days of returning the car.
Kudos to the backend team who worked to make my trip memorable.
