★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving money their coordination for customer are absolutely pathetic. No proper contact number. Person receiving also do not answer well or solve the problem. Kindly tell others to stay away from mycord team instead better go for other company

MyCord representative contacted me in Apollo hospital and came to my home for registration.
They offered me 15000 Rs off if we made the registration on same time and if i want to cancel registration later any time then i can cancel it without any cancellation fee.
But just after few days i asked for cancellation then they are asking for cancellation fee 10000 Rs. And saying you can not do any thing now as we have signed copy of documents.
Shashank is the manager here in Gurugram, he is doing lot of false commitments/information to the customers.
He talked with me very gently till my registration after that he is not even picking my phone calls and talking very rudely while calling from unknown numbers.
My EMI will be deducted on 2nd June. Please help resolve this matter before that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services they are providing once you take the package.
First their employee will lure you with so many offers and when you take the package and make the payment they stop responding to the messages and don't even provide the things which they promise to send after delivery and sample collection. We have been chasing them from last 2 months and the guy is like it will get delivered by this weekend and 2 months now have passed with the same comment.
Will never recommend to anyone and do not trust them by their offerings ..very pathetic and fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only till they take your money they will come across as a good company. after that their customer service/response is appalling. I still haven't received the cord blood details even after 4 months. they do not reply to email also. I was assured that the 15k that motherhood is charging as cord blood collection fees will be reimbursed by them but i have not received that till now. please dont go with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to associate with. no responses after receiving the money. was confirmed about updated on each birthday, however there is no one to response to your call. SHAME #MYCORD. I am in to file FIR against them. No deserving for RATINGS, but google doesnt allows to post without it. No recommendation for MYCORD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a fake company and they are doing scam ! With lot of belief and hope i paid 50k to peserve my daughters stem cell samples for future,but now they are absconded. APP IS out of service unable to view my certificates and unable to reach/contact them to speak on this.
