Mr Anand was very prompt in getting all the documentation in order and following up with Bank on each step of transfer process, it saved me a ton of time and hassle. This was especially beneficial in the middle of Pandemic because it saved me a lot of trips to Bank.
Being a first time home buyer, I did not know a lot of things about documentation, in addition to it I got my home loan transfer between two PSU banks which made the whole process lot more complicated, Mr Anand explained the whole process to me very nicely and supported me on every step.
