★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought their COVISELF toolkit and found it to be completely useless. There isn’t enough liquid left to test with once you soak the swab as all liquid is soaked by the swab’s cotton leaving you blank faced cursing yourself for having fallen for their fraud.

For this reason I called and mailed on customer care but I didn't get any response. Again after 2 days I called and sent pic to you and mailed but again no reply. What should we do? Should we waste our money .... We are common people we value for each and every penny. Hope you understand what we expect from you and response to my Our complaint .
