★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are always hesitant to order furniture online. It’s because of our past experiences where we never got what we saw on the website.wooden street changed that! I have never been disappointed with their quality.
I used to get a little frustrated with their delivery and order tracking not being optimal. But I think it will take some time for them to get that sorted out.
Leaving that aside - I highly recommend them for their solid wood quality and finish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is great place to buy furniture related stuff. The quality of the products and the finishing is very premium.
You won't be able to see most of the inventory which is available in their website at the store. Their main warehouse is located in Rajasthan from where all the good stuff is shipped. You can select your product from the online menu, then the store person can help you place the order.
The downside of inventory not available is that you've to wait for 5-6 weeks for the product to be delivered to you, as their main workshop is in Rajasthan and they start preparing the product once you place the order. Their quality is supreme, but I felt the delivery time could be reduced a bit for small products. Some products can even get delivered in a week, you need to check that on site and talk with the store person to confirm. Their sheesham work is really good.
Update:
The product are good but there is huge miscommunication in terms of product assembly once the product lands your place. There is no sync between technician and the delivery team. You've to run behind these guys to arrange a technician. Also there is no technician provided for goods below 5000. They call goods below that "Do it yourself", which definitely are not. I've ordered one coffee table and it was far from DIY. The products look good, but be ready to call a carpenter and pay him to assemble the stuff for you. It was a real deal breaker for me to be honest. The disclaimer should be given prior booking the product rather mentioning it in the box somewhere in the product description. Better find some real furniture shop that sell products end to end not half baked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture build quality is very good. Delivery time is pretty long as the furniture is made to order and then shipped.
Customer service is very poor. Please note there is no return or exchange policy even if you are not satisfied with the product. The company would just refuse to listen to you and will not provide any support. The store staff is very kind but have no authority to provide any return or exchange.
Would suggest to order from here only if you are ok to have no return or exchange facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased shoe rack (order number-#255722) from wooden street, quality of wood is good. Decent design ,delivered in nice and safe packing. But problem is commitment of delivery of your product,wooden street never ever deliver product on time .No synchronization between sales-delivery-carpenter-support team. I took multiple follow-up for delivery of product. Will only suggest if you patience and you are ready to test it then only buy product from here.
