★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually this poor rating is because of the mysy and acpc(Gujarat) poor system of marking and merit list.I was in CBSE board and I am very sad to say that in Gujarat CBSE is undervalued at very large extend.
Let me give an example In 12th standard I got around 82% and my pr is calculated around 72 pr.ACPC and MYSY consider pr in admission process and also MYSY scholarship.Now a Gujarat board student getting just 80pr whose percentage is way too low comparing to CBSE student.So a deserving student will be pushed on side and the student with low percentage will get benefits of MYSY and also good college through ACPC.Also let me tell you the cutoff of MYSY 2019 i.e. for a Gujarat board student it's around 80 PR and for a CBSE student it was around 89%.This is too funny.How a Gujarat board student with around 50-60% is equal to CBSE board student with more than 80% score.This is just disgusting.Hope Engineering admission process will also be taken on a serious note just like MBBS admission process i.e single examination platform for all of the students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to rate it -5 (Minus 5) because its is not helpful to students. they don't provide any help.
MYSY is waste of time and money. government don't know how much hustle students and parents does to provide all forms, certificates and other documents. and amount my friend got after having 9.0 in Engineering is 6000 (six thousand) it is no where near the fees he pays in college for 1 (one) semester.
There are very limited help centers and the government employee and lecturer's (that's what they call them selves) are very arrogant and always in bad mood. they talk to you like we have asked them their kidneys and livers. they throw their tantrum and anger on us.
And their website is also BAD. sometimes server goes down, it does not accept documents, don't accept our information no matter how correct it is.
Its been 2 years I'm just submitting forms and info but they just don't accept. I have 8.9 in Engineering but still not getting any help from this.
SO MY VOTE HUNGRY GOVERNMENT STOP DOING THIS TO STUDENTS.

Recently, I went to the MYSY help center, Indian Institute of Ayurveda, Rajkot to just ask about my document related query.
As I reach there, before I tell anything he (MYSY representative) told that "kale avjo, aje time nthi, inspection document ready krvana 6e etle". I felt that, this is inspection center more than help center to help students.
He only valued his own time like parents or students dont have any work or duty and lived in near by area. However, this institute is about 20 kms away from town, he did not valued the effort or time of others.
There is neither any system of complaint or feedback to take action against him nor performance based evaluation system like private organisation to let him think before respond to anyone. After requesting, he gave this answer "ae amne na khbr hy, help center ma call kri pu6vu pde" (he knows, call will not receive) like its not his duty but favoured on others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst maintenance of mysy officers they never picked up call since 5 years. even after complaining .so why give this number on website if you don't want to receive call? every time this number is busy.. so how students get help from you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MYSY it is the department from where all work of MYSY scholarship related quary and problem are can solved. sometime the phone calls are not picked up by the management but they gives satisfied reply if call is picked up i like that thing. the working staff is also very good in behaviour they solve issues easily.
