★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken tiles were delivered to me. Out of the 20 tiles I purchased, 2 are completely broken, 3 have corners broken. If we see percentage wise, 5 out of 20 means 25% broken tiles are delivered. I am not expecting any cash back from the owner. But he should at least find the reason why broken tiles are delivered so that henceforth this does not happen. When called to the owner, he naturally gave the typical answer that tiles must be broken at your end after we delivered to you!!! Well, be careful when you purchase anything from this shop. Check the items twice before you pay. I will soon post the images of broken tiles!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the owners are uneducated fools who are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to do business. We ordered tiles, they made us wait for an hour and then delivered the wrong tiles. And then went on to say that they're human so it's our fault for accepting delivery. Don't buy from here unless you want to waste your time.
