★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bridge connects Burdwan District with Nadia. Important bridge but bit narrow. Well the authority put less attention to the bridge's maintenance. Everyday many loaded vehicle cross the road. Usually the road is traffic free. But at the time of rail crossing the road may jamm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly maintained although there is a fee being charged for crossing the bridge in a four wheeler or goods vehicle. Millions are being collected, with that money they could have built two new bridges if not three.
Corruption and funds mismanagement all over West Bengal, especially the district of Nadia. So sad...
