★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is very mean, miser & worst kind of attitude. Never befooled by the sales guy, as most of the things which will be promised will come untrue. There are many hidden facts and believe me you will never be mentally at peace when you have spend your money for a flat in any of this builder's project. They will coerce you, manipulate you and find reasons to loot you literally. Few facts-
1. They will charge you for DG but they will never give you a connection to your home. There are other builders who care for the customer and they do it.
2. They will try never to hand-over the project to the society & will keep on collecting maintanance. They are least bothered to provide actual maintenance.
3. They are not transparent in their dealings and will take cash for many aspect like DG and other hidden things, so that later on when you claim your authority , you will have no proof.
4. Quality is poor compared to others.
5. After sales service is a nightmare and will take away all your happiness.
