Play ground, Grocery shop on the door step.
5 minutes walking from Bus stop.
One thing is bad is Maahasamsan is beside of building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a real good Apartment to stay. You will get good service here. But the service of lift is quite satisfactory. The generator does not run all the time or if there is an overnight load shedding..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is situated in Arrah. The society here is very resident- friendly and we all enjoy any occasion together. The bonding is just like a family. But the only problem is the street connecting the apartment with the highway does not have any street-lights. So the residents, especially the women, are very frightened to go outside in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located near Shibtala in Durgapur, it’s a small campus society with just 5 building. The architecture and designs are good with 2 and 3 bhk homes. There is a gym with almost all equipments, a community hall for partying and get togethers, ground floor only for parking, lift and other amenities. It’s a very peaceful society to live, just behind NSHM college and the area in front of the society belongs to Forest department so it’s a guarantee that this area can almost never be converted into a concrete jungle in the near future, so the peacefulness stays ;) Moveover, the people living in the society are very nice and live harmoniously, celebrating all festivals and actively take part in all functions together.
