★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Really simplifies the process. Have had good experience with both buying and selling.
Prompt service, they connect you to the seller over conference call to let you find out the exact location and clarify any doubts. They seem to be an aggregator and the actual transaction details and receipt has to be issued from the actual exchange shop.
As a customer i would find it better if they could have more control over the process and my receipt includes the fact that I did this transaction using their service, so that I can use that in case of any disputes or cheating on part of the seller.
