No announcements made for arrival or departure of the trains.
Platform 2 and 3 had few refreshment shops.
Would rate 3/5 on cleanliness of the platform.
Lots of seating space available on the platform.
Clear indicators for the position of the coaches that makes it easier for the passenger to locate their respective seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good railway station. It's really clean and well maintained. On plateforms there are few stalls of food and snacks along with drinking water. The staff and police officers are very much cooperative and helpful. It is well connected with most places of India. Restroom is also cleaned and well maintained. Usually trains halt here for more than 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean railway station, structure is lengthy but still few trains stand bit out side platform due to longer length. Multiple portions of platform are under construction. Rail tracks are also clean enough.
Food and snacks available with hawkers as well as the railway platform stores. Food quality is not that very good but taste is good. Milk based fast food stalls are also available on each platform.
Urinals for gents and ladies are available on platform number 1, waiting room is also available there only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of busiest railway station in MP western railway. Small but almost all train has a stoppage here. It's. Clean but need to be more and maintain the same . Snacks and meal is also available here very tasty and hygiene and poha also chapati paratha and many more . Close to Nagda there are many. Big industries like Aditya birla group .
Station need to be more modernized.
