First of all they speak Sweet with customer and ensures that they will fulfill all the requirements of customer and at end they fails to do so. I have bad experience while buying my engagement clothes. They have taken the order and later on on delivery date they forgot to fulfill it and handed over me altered clothes which they was already having in there store. If you really want to buy clothes you can visit Plus point, plus point owner is very harsh but he neither give any false commitment nor sales bad products. In Nagrik all sales person first of all speck too much sweet just like you are God for them and later on when time comes for your clothes delivery they forgot you, they do not identify you.

Location: very close to Thane railway station, but not very well connected by roads
Parking: please do not bring your car here as its overcrowded and narrow roads area
