★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ferry ghat. Beautiful place it is. The ferry service is superb in quality. But life saving jackets are not used by the passengers. The ghat authority is not active in giving jackets to the passengers. Otherwise, all are very good. One thing, the ticket price (Rs. 7/-) is increasing a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the days of Digital India this historical Naihati Feri Service takes rupees seven each time from each passenger in cash or coins. This is so back dated and so problematic to give them each time rupees seven in coins. This is also their problem to give rupees three in coins each time to every commuters. There are no seating arrangement for senior citizens and no mechanism to take or to send them properly nearby communication point for the physically challenged person. Please introduce proper mobile App for digital ticketing and the timing of the Ferry Services updated with high tides and low tides. Please keep special chairs or walkers provided with staffs for the disabled ones.
