★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls working are not trained enough. It was my first time of getting acrylic nail extensions. The nails started coming off within 2 weeks. Also one of the nail was glued to my skin, and one fine day the nail broke and my skin came off with it! I cannot even explain the excruciating pain I had to through for over a week. Cannot ever get nail extensions done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my family member faced very rude behaviour by both staff as well as owner despite mistake of the staff (Prachi). Staff was unaware about what was chargeable and what was not. She was totally careless while doing her work. Despite her mistake, my family member paid the money. While returning change, Prachiji threw note. Can't understand such mentality, if you have so much of arrogance then you should not be in service industry in first place. We will definitely avoid bothering them in future nor would we like to have our friends, relatives or neighbours bother them.
