They quoted a certain amount for a removal service and then when the service was done quoted a higher amount saying oh sorry mam we said the wrong rate. The employees blame each other and blatantly lie. Most unprofessional and bad quality service.

The boys were respectful and industrious, but managed to commit every mistake they could - from asymmetric filing to not covering the nail edges adequately with polish to getting the apex wrong to leaving a couple of nails unlocked.. Lack of adequate training, Is it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not how it used to be at nail spa galleria, I finally moved to another saloon after 3.5 yrs. The higher you tip the better would be the service or you keep visiting them for corrections one over the other, sadly it’s only an increase in number of nail spa. No one really cares to respond to your dissatisfaction. Rest is all up to you pls experience. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there in December for a gel colour application . They use their own colour branded by themselves . The colour is bit hard on your natural nails and is a pain when come to removal . The tips are not perfectly secured and I got the first chip off in 10 days time . It was reasonable in terms of price. The place however it’s bit shady and some focus on cleanliness is needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I speak from a very recent experience. Being a working professional it is only possible for me to visit salons and spa on the weekend. My plan this weekend was to get my nails done. I had booked an appointment for 12 noon. On reaching there they told me that I hadn't booked any appointment. The receptionist denied me ever booking it. On showing my call history she admitted to me calling but insisted that I had just enquired and not made any appointment in a very rude tone. I have always gotten my nails done fromNSG. But last two experiences were horrible. My pass is going to expire on the 27th and I told her that to which the guy at the reception told me that it doesn't have an expiry limit. But they keep sending me texts that it's going to expire.
I have an audio recording to prove that I booked an appointment and would provide it to them if they challenge me.
Overall a day wasted plus all the mental harassment I wrnt through.
