★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are amazing group of people devoted to make you look beautiful. Very professional and polite team. Apart from Naina, Savita does a great job at make up. Neetu was so polite and helped me impeccably. Virender is a great hair dresser. He understands what the customer needs and doesn't argue with their customers' needs and provides the best possible. Definitely visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Nainaa Arora Salon for the Hair Cut. They have recently renovated the entire Salon & Studio. The Salon was recommended by a friend of mine who had got her Bridal Makeup done by Nainaa Arora herself.
Salon is Spacious and well done, followed the Social distancing norms including showing their Aarogya Setu app at the entrance the by the staff before my haircut.
Overall good experience, Rating 4/5 (always scope for the improvement).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my bridal makeup done from Naina Arora and the makeup was on point. It was exactly what I wanted and I was showered with compliments for the makeup. I also got hair smoothening done from this salon and I am in love with it. The staff at Nainaa arora is great too, they are good in their profession and are a friendly bunch of people. Overall I had a great experience with Naina arora and her team?. Thanks a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, I got brownish streaks hair color and paid Rupees 3500/- , they have finished the process in less than 30 minutes and from the very next day everything vanished. They even told this is permanent color and will go on for long, they suggested few precaution which i even taken care of, but they use very low quality product! I don't recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time being here. Naina Arora is an amazing makeup artist and the staff is too generous and helping. I would really recommend this place to get any makeup and hair related services. The product they use is also very great. The salon is on B-46 shivalik main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You really don't want to risk your big day here. Except for the eye shadows on upper eyelid everything else was goofed up. I looked worse than what I would have if I did my own make up. People who knew me from before did not like the make up at all. They did not just spoil my face but also my sister's who also availed the service. They did the same set of make up on all the faces. I felt there was not customisation based on the face type or dress. The make up artists seemed confused. I was quite disappointed. I would anytime go with someone more popular than what seems from the banner outside. Needless to say I did not get the value for the price I paid. Assuming that if something is expensive would naturally be good is not always true.
Edits after seeing their response: I did not want a bold loud makeup and therefore requested for a light regular party makeup. If someone requested lighter makeup would you just leave the neck area without foundation or make their hair worse than their natural hair? It is funny to read the response from the make-up artist. My pictures look terrible with clear different colors of my face and neck. I have thin slim built but it seems I have double chin in pictures, thanks to your make-up. Forget about normal people my regular beautician was shocked to see how my face was damaged. The eye-lashes that was put on my sister's eyes were so thick that they looked so unnatural. But I must complement the girl who did my mom's hair - only she did a great job. Just giving critical feedback for improvement and helping others.
