★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never tasted good at Naivedyam, and being a South Indian, i feel most of th menus are tailored for North Indians, due to the mass appleal, to those people who do t know, this restaurant serves food prepared in the state of Karnataka . The spice mix varies considerably compared to sarvana bhavan. I ate Bisi bele bath, which is sort of lentils and rice really cooked together which finally blends and make them one, they did a decent job on that. Not too much special, but loved the rasam served with water. Only issue people will face will be parking, from where you may have to walk a bit to reach the restaurant.

We were seated at a 4 person table, then 4 aunties came and sat next to our table, a 5th one joined them and obviously it was a table for 4, so very uncourteously we were asked to move to another table in middle of our meal.
Ordered chef special does, which tasted average,sambhar was bad, chutney was good.
I don't really understand the decent reviews that made me want to try this place, or they have changed the manager and staff, not worth the money or time in my opinion.
Wish they get more courteous ,learn better manners because the good was still average, manager manners were downright bad.

They gave you Welcome Drink with best taste of the drink. ?
They gave you your order within minutes. (One of the best Things)
Servers gave you your orders with Covered Head and Masked on.
Tried Udupi Masala Dosa, Tangan Masala Dosa and Mysore Masala Dosa..
Their Sambhar and Chutneys are extremely good.
They gave Chutneys and Sambhar as many times as you want.
I think the best competitor for Saravana Bhawan..
Should Try at Naivedyam if you want good taste...????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In middle of Karol bagh/patel nagar this small south Indian place is the perfect place for a great meal.
The traditional delicacy of South Indian cuisine are well plated and served. The food is absolutely upto the mark. And is delicious beyond expectations.
The benne dosa is just perfect.
We tried benne rava dosa which was too hard, we next tried bhavnagar benne dosa, it was filled with amazing taste of white butter, not to miss. Last we tried urli tomato uttpam which also made us happy.
Filter coffe was good too.
The place is perfectly priced.
What lacked the last star was the interior which is old, it needs a facelift.
Also the staff which was dressed amazingly was hard to call, so in short service was below average. I had to keep my ✋ handup straight for 5mins before anyone came.
