★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service compare to all the metro lines in delhi. You have to wait 15 mins here everytime on the platform and after that the door will remain open for 5 to 7 mins. I don't know what the hack in going on with the grey line metro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On personal experience, Najafgarh ? station is well maintained station on gray line. This is one thing, delhiites expect from their ? stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This whole metro route took around 4-5 years which was not good .DMRC seriously took a very long time to make this 4.5 km long service which is actually long time.
But at last hard work shows results .this station is made beautifully and is now opened for everyone from 25 September 2019

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience... Why is the metro late today usually it comes at 7.35 am at dhansa bus stand and today 7.40 am. This metro is never on time. People use metro so tha it's convenient not for delay. Horrible service not at all on time . Work on time.
