★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both south and north Indian Foods are good and wifi connections, tv, accommodation will be good & i think its compare to madhav pg is greater then this nakshatra pg (reason is crowd less and its a new building) monthly rent rs.6500 and advance payment will be rs.3000 and if you suppose vacant then once we will inform 20 days previously and he give to you rs.2000(advance payment)

Pros:Wifi,washing machine,daily cleaning of rooms, individual lockers,good dining hall,Friendly owner,3 times food,rent is cost friendly (starts from 5500 )
Cons:Food is average.
