★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class place to live.Flat is too small and cheap quality construction.Too much far away from Highway and railway station.Water problem and noise distraction is always there. vegetables shop not present.No road is there ,water logging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we keep the fact of not having basic infrastructure aside, then this place is a good investment. nice cluster of towers and houses are in low budget. Investments for future can be done. And with big builders like Suntek coming up with projects, the area is getting recognised.

You can see cluster of building over here which are under development and covers view of one time famous global arena.
The connecting roads are wide and see less traffic except for day of market when traffic jam can be seen.
Visit it to buy new house but still Naigaon lacks basic infrastructure to support such towers.
