I have bought sunteck west world flat on June 2020 Mr.rohit was my RM till I bought the flat everyone was in touch with me hence the banner was posted everywhere and promised of possesion within 6months today is Dec 2021 a big scam from sunteck reality being a huge builder everyone is behaving so unprofessional over here Last March 2021 I went to sunteck office Ms.Priyanka yadav was a lady to handle my queries she promised that Diwali 2021 or max Dec 2021 will get possession. Today 17th Dec 2021 I spoken to CRM team Ms.Larrisa and she said will get possession in Dec 2022 and disconnected the call .. Big scam never thought like this about sunteck

It is a very good project. Abhishek helped us very nicely in all problems. Now all crm seats in naigaon and also pick the phone calls.

The sales team sitting in Naigaon look like they are the owner and bluffing people that price will increase from next week. Does it share market or property price? How can price increase every week? I was looking for 1 BHK flat but they showed me sample flat of 3 BHK to assume th is will be structure. Also their promise are fake they keep saying OC and possessions are in 3 months but those days never come I understood from the local broker and nearby residents that possessions will only get in Jan 2023. Pls do not invest in this project as they are charging very high price without showing actual flat. Something wrong cooking in this project.

For a moment, keep CRM issue aside. That too can be dealt with email and visit to office. While agree with Mr. Saurabh, I wish to add... β€’Your investment is safe and you will get timely delivery of booked units. β€’Structure is robust with MIVAN construction, pile foundation, earthquake resistant design. It will remain almost maintenance free for years. β€’You will get good amenities and social infrastructure. β€’Location is serene, you will have complete peace of mind if you intend to stay there. β€’Customer service needs improvement.

They will make you fake promises. The bloody sales team, I am shocked how can someone make so many lies. And CRM team is waste of time. They will never pick up your calls after you have paid money.so don't buy any single flat in sunteck in all projects, you will regret, As we are doing.

I have been to the site. I know that the customers will be happy post they start getting their possession after a couple of months. People are cribbing about possession and yes why won't they? But one needs to understand that due to the pandemic there were no workers and the possession time line was extended. The workers are migrants including the drivers who operate the vehicles on site. This added to the delay as well. However, one should appreciate the fact that this firm has not halted the work on the site as I have been there. They are at in firefighting situation and are trying to complete the same at the earliest. One of my sources told that things are turning around and the O.C should start coming tower wise in a couple of months. So I would advise everyone to have patience as the firm will start communicating to their customers. There are 2 sides to a coin. We have seen the worst but the good part will follow. You can take my word for it.

Well everyone is blaming the customer service which is completely true. However the location and the building quality is best. The location is prime and good place to invest for future growth. There is no slum area around and open space with good atmosphere.
