★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m sorry I didn't like these places Naigaon, Vasai, Virar, Mira Road... Very sorry for that.. but the ppl crowd here is awesome... Very livable places can get houses considerably at cheaper rates compared to Bombay.. these places are not in Bombay but just at the border and outside Bombay... Tese places are accessible by very crowded trains which are very difficult to get in for a new person in peak hours and you will never get a place to sit in these local trains in peak hours... So think about it if you are a Job holder and ready to put efforts... Then God bless you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakshatra greens is a very renowned society in Naigaon East, Looks elegant from outside but there are few things that needs attention especially drainage system and water supply, They say there is VVMC water supply but still tanker water is used, There are mix kind of people reside here you can find majority of North Indian , Gujarati,katiyawadi,maharashtrian etc. Rent is cheaper approx 7 to 8k p.m, population is growing in Naigaon East especially since past few years since sunteck project is launched. There will be High demand here in next 5 years, since it's underdeveloped and once connectivity improves it will be a good investment and livable prospect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay if you are looking for peaceful place please do not think of staying in this building this building is full of street dog barking full night lound music on any occasion children while playing shout at peak no discipline, smelly water from flush, lights go frequently ,no proper vvmc water. Dogs are multiplying day by day and people in this building do not bother.
