★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic society with "water problem" which is major concern for people.
Only one lift is working in 3 wings also with frequent breakdown.
No worth of buying house at Navkar City.. Better go for Sunteck which is well known and professional builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area is good but the society has "water problem"; every third day there is water problem and the response from the society members are very pathetic and rude. They don't value your time and complaints.
At the time of flat purchase, they'll promise you many things but none is there like Gym, garden, swimming pool, etc.
Also they take maintenance from day one and on time but every second day there is problem of lify n water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to be…it leaves you with no phone network…lifts are horrible in one of the buildings…either it shows or it won’t, once you are in it takes ages to go up and shut the door even the residents of building were terrified to use lift services rather they take stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i bought Flat in 2012 at Navkar City Phase 3 - Rajavali, at the time of booking, Builder shown us a wonderful video, in that he mentioned that he will provide Transport facility from Residence to Naigaon Station, Water Facility, Garden, Club, now we are in 2021 but still his work is not completed, also note, he taken 2 years maintenance from us in advance at the time of booking. now There is no VVMC Water, No Security Facility, Club House Still pending, Lift is also not proper and many things still not completed, He is a cheater, request you to please dont buy any flats from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too pathetic building. When you enter in the building you may feel you r in UP. No proper maintain not even clean all over is dirt and soil. Passage area was unclean. Same with lift. I can understand the building is still under construction but still feel less facilities and services provides by builder. Price is high as per the building. Never best options for investment. I don't think so any local Mumbaikar buy flat in navkar.
