★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was his old customer frm last 2 to 3 yrs buying 2 hands phones frm him but everything his behaviour was very different from others shops or dealers.
Mr. Darshan Shah owner of that organization is a very rude guy yaar talk like he don't bothered abt customer satisfaction or his needs away think abt profit in any way.
Any way every customer wants some discounts or some offers should be there for him but Shah is guy was is not want customers like me to come or to be with him.
I was exchange my s9 plus phone but some previous experience of his my wife has written some things on FB abt drashan Shah & he really deserves it.
Peoples be aware with this guy (Mr. Darshan Shah)bcos the staff over there is also very much fausted with him but no one has any other options that's y they work over there.
Before buy phones frm him first confirm bcos the guy is making fruad to customers.
He don't now wht is customers satisfaction & wht customers needs.
He stay away tells to customers if u want to buy in this price then it's k otherwise the shop door is closed no need to come or buy frm us this kind intention the guy is happens towards he don't needs customers.
He needs only fraud types of money has to be come any how bus.
Namaste telecom is a fraud & unacceptable shop in the famous city.
If the peoples stop buying frm this shop he will able to understand the value of customers.
