★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having very bad experience with their home delivery. Most of the products you order online won't be there in the nearby store which delivers your products. On top of it, they will not deliver all products they billed you for. When you call up their customer care number, they promise you to get it rectified and deliver missing product but, they never do it.
You won't get your order delivered in the slot you have been assigned with or they have confirmed. When you call up their store to check the status, either they won't pick the call or they won't provide satisfying answer.
I would honestly suggest Namdharis to stop home delivery service if you can't fulfill the requirement and adhere to the timelines.
Please note - this feedback has been provided after ordering from Namdharis couple of times (have benefit of doubt and chance to them first two times). Their service level has been the same during non-lockdown and lockdown times.
Pathetic service and non professional approach to your requirements.
