★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!! The first two deliveries were done properly so I decided to continue with them, but the service was pathetic later. They LITERALLY take 2 months to collect the cylinder.
Also, they do not pick your call and make you wait for hours together. The parent company is Jothi gas. Book from Jothi or go for govt cylinders. These guys also charge you Rs.300 extra per cylinder and don't give you back the full deposit. I complained to their parent company. They themselves asked us not to continue service with Nameri.
Anyway, I have shifted to government cylinders now, after having experienced such a BAD SERVICE.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE CYLINDER FROM THEM.
P.S. Don't get fooled by those few good reviews you see here. They themselves have posted them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever want to voluntarily drive yourself mad, nameri is the place to go to. The workers here have zero manners, and will verbally abuse you to any extent and then say, madam, at the end of it.
They provide service in their free time, not duty hours. And they are of the opinion that the customer should understand that they don't like working. If you've got that kind of patience, Nameri is the place for you.
I had to call the guy multiple times and he kept delaying pickup of the empty cylinder. It's been over 3 weeks now, and he still hasn't picked it up. And he won't pick up calls, and he'll not call back. So, if you're looking for zero customer service and 100 percent rudeness, it's a go for Nameri!
