★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Poor. Very rude and impolite delivery boy. They is so rude and always demands extra amount. even after paying extra he keeps asking for more. T If not paid delays next deliveries and outright refuses to deliver when called even if bill is dated 2-3 days previously. he Agency does not have control over the delivery staff and doesnt respond at all

Delivery agents or false is giving commitment to deliver the cylinder.
If we call also no one picks the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad they are not delivered on time. without given loded cylinder I got bill. After i got e-bill, I gave complaind in office they told within 2 hours it will be delivery but I didn't get cylinder yet (after 8 days).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service ? , Booked a refill order and still it's been 5 days cylinder didn't get delivered. Whenever tried to calling they will not pick the call and if they picked up the call they will give a commitment as they will deliver in 30minutes, Now I got the call from delivery person on morning that they will reach by 30 minutes but now it's been 5th day evening still not received the booking.
I Will suggest to move for different subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic agency office. I transferred my account from Mumbai to Bangalore and i visited this office. First they pretend that they don't understand Hindi and ask you to talk in English which they can't properly. Most of the time their office number is out of service and when connected they make you false promises.
Delivery person asks for delivery charges when there is not any. If you deny then they will ask "kuch Chai-Pani kar dena".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly do not book from here even if you get for free. Worst experience ever. Very bad customer service. I have been calling from one week and waiting no response when call them they will tell everytime today tomorrow so on and if we complain they will disconnect your call. I never had such a pathetic experience ever.
