★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many options with affordable homes. Middle class people can fulfil their dream for home. However, they don't take responsibility of the possession of your home from builder. I had done my booking in March 2019 and till date they are just extending the possession date. Initially, they promised to give the possession by Dec 2021, then they extended the possession date till Mar 2022 and now they saying possession will be delayed till Aug 2022. Think wise before you invest.
