★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a flat owner here @Vasstusiddhi riverside landmark. And i am staying here since last 8 months and below is my review.
To begin with great location its beautiful especially in the raining season. Having said that the construction is very poor and marginal, the ceiling would leaking heavily in the raining season, pathetic condition of walls due leakage and poor quality of construction. Basic requirements are serious problems here no proper water supply, sometimes we are without water for more than 2 days. And electricity is other issue lots of power outages and fluctuations that are likely to damage your electrical equipment . I would advise you to please research about this Vasstusiddhi group and builder( they are constructing multiple projects in the same area) before considering purchase, their website is not operational.
