Poor quality.
Height of home is very less if enter with shoes my head strict to fan it's very closer.
The Service amount first year paid is just scam they can't repair anything.
Windows railing is problem.
washbasin has Poor 30RS per sq feet marbal it's looks very cheap.
The builder is asking 1Lac more from my uncle they paid because he told that you pay or you get your amount what are you invest before year. It means if you took loan 25L after year builder is asking more money.
But your actual amount payable to bank is more than 25L inshort it's scam by builder.
Quality is just okay not like outstanding or above expectation.
Door lock is not good quality.
In this Building the Society manager or builder manager is Taking with you like he is king your his Servant really pathetic.

Construction Quality not the greatest but ok for the price. No complains
