★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, house construction is worse i feel. But it is grt option for the ppl wants to buy 1 cr apartment. The villa has one room in each floor, in ground kitchen and parking, one floor up living area, one more floor up 1 bedroom, one more floor up bedroom with terrace. But living area in first floor they have explanation stating it's just 10 step up not one floor up.

I have spoken to residents who are in the north face villas they told east facing is only 60 percent vastu complient .price is 1 crore and only 1room comes in each floor which I didn't like, living room in 1st floor ,kitchen ground floor,bed room 2nd floor whole the day we have to go up and down but spacious rooms,bathrooms, all north faces are occupied,only east faces are left.no private garden for east face villas,. Only north face residents are having private garden.
