If this project is a under this vineyard Townships Pvt ltd, then please beware of the developer or directors Mr. K.v satish, Christopher, suresh, venkatesh, sudhakar especially site engg Mr. Satish Martin.
The previous project named as vineyard chrysolite apartment at hennur is a big litigation by this company by illegal construction
So please beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy Residential villae. Small residential community. Best place to be if you don't want too much Crowd in your apartment association.
Of course sans swimming pool, clubhouse. There is a small Gym.
Access roads are improving. Two side access was there- From Horamavu the road is closed for creating subway (RUB) under railway. Once that is opened still right turn to road which leads to 3rd main Hoysala Nagar is restricted. Other side narrow road.. Careful driving needed.
