I was there at top floor the room was quite ok...for 3 sharing I was giving 5700.....and it has separate Bath room......but in terms of food I felt worst experience here... for chapati no oil and the Butter milk will be literally full of water. I think it's better to drink water instead of fully water mixed butter milk...in hording they mentioned North Indian food available but I didn't find any food of North Indian...and when it's come to cleaning everyday they clean. And location is good.

500 discount in rent will be given for every 2 persons u join in the PG. U can also bargain if ur financial situation is not good. The owner is quite understanding. I've been living here for the past 2 years. As I'm moving to Hyderabad I would like to review my living place before leaving. Pros: 1) Just 300 meter walk to bus stop and ITPL main road. GR ,BRIGADE, PRESTIGE techpark, HP, TCS etc. More than 30 companies nearby. 2) 700m to hope farm junction. U can literally find bus to anywhere in banglore from here. 3)nearly 30 local restaurants ,box8 takeaway, super market, provisional stores, cafe, gyms, children park, pan shop within 400m. 4)YULU zone, VOGO zone, metro station within 400m. 5) Though nearby bus stop. It's completely peaceful neighborhood with families and pgs(ladies and gents) around. 6) Very big church and 2 temples, ATMs, banks within walkable distance. 7)Rooms and furniture look quiet nice after they have painted and installed new modern looking furniture recently. 8) My room have a beautiful balcony view and the terrace rooms have visibility of giant metro track nearby which makes it quite a view. 9)If u are a South Indian you'll love the food. Dal is very tasty and of good quality instead of watery like those in some pgs around. A north Indian dish is also there everyday which very much better than other pgs. It feel like completely home food. 10) U can customise whether u want or don't want oil in chapati. Cook is granny who is the old lady and also owner of pg. U can get some extra chicken on Sundays if you are nice and caring? 11) Rooms are maintained very neatly with white tiles. Separate almirah will be given for each person. 12)500 discount in rent will be given for every 2 persons u join in the PG. U can also bargain if ur financial situation is not good. The owner is quite understanding and 13) Seperate geyser for each bathroom instead of solar heater. So no worries of cold water. 14) Parking space is available inside and outside the house. 15)A nice big mango tree infront of the building which yields fruits even during winter. Cons: 1) There are lot of girl PGs around along with boys. Sometimes nearby pani puri, hotels, are Crowded with girls. So if you are not comfortable with girls , start feeling comfortable. 2) Come along with your colleagues or friends for better experience instead of living with random guy in any PG. 1 2 and 3 sharing is very much recommended even if price is little bit high. 3)There are 5 CCTV cameras at entrance on each floor so u can't leave unnoticed without paying rent. Also difficult time for thieves.
