★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no stars.......we order bed and paid them in advance for hassle free delivery but the bed which was delivered is a defective peice they always said that they send their guy to repair it...and now its one month the bed is in same condition and they stooped picking up the call also..........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Raj ji, thanks for sharing my feedbacks. Yes chairs were nice, sofa set was OK but when I went for delivery I found it defective. However it was fixed right that day itself. And u were talking about Manoj, I gave him an order for LED cabinet, he took the order, Said yes took the advance and promised me to deliver the LED cabinet ryt after Diwali. I later called Manoj and he said they cannot make the led and u can plz take ur 50% advance. I asked the reason why, he said he would need 5000₹ more. I mean it should be he who should guide us as I founded him an expert as he is working there and have knowledge on Wood. After a long debate he got ready toh manufacture my LED cabinet. He increased the price by ₹3000. Now it's been a week, my cabinet is not ready and he said that labor is on leaves and by 5th November he can deliver the cabinet and still he was not sure. I told him that we have posted good reviews for Narang Furniture so don't break ur commitment now. He said he has no issues, reviews se Koi farakk nahin padta ????. Bhai come on Manoj ji, are you the owner of Narang Furniture? Waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narang Furniture : My brother Virender bought 6 dining chairs, now a 8 seater sofa set along with a center table. Quality was good far. Hope it's lasts for a longer time.
Sofa set was bought but had a minor defect. That was detected right there and was fixed in an hour by the salesman Manoj. Manoj a nice guy over there. One can directly contact him.
Now I ordered a LED cabinet of my choice. I gave him the pic and he is making the same for me. Hoping for the best?? will keep everyone posted who wants to shop here with Narang Furniture. Reviews matters a lot :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone is planning to visit this shop for purchasing furniture, think twice or better never think at all, at the time of making purchase they will make big claims about quality of their products & repair services, they will also show your fine piece at their shop (which will always there for display) but once you pay the money, will deliver faulty one at your home. once the product delivered,game will will over for you.
You will keep on calling them at their shop and their owner but no avail. they will never respond you and will never send anyone for repairing the faulty piece. You cannot take any legal recourse as they will not give any bill for purchase. so in short buy branded furniture with proper bill then this fraud one

Pathetic you service provided .i had purchase my wedding furniture there is no finishing in the furniture and they had send a broken dressing mirror at my in lawsplace and refused to replace or repair please never trust this shop for your furniture
