★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for servicing suzuki vehicles but the the staff available here isn't too much friendly and also the behavior of the staff present here isn't too professional. They behave too much casual with the customer and they even don't ask what problems does the vehicle have and also don't have the parts available in their workshop. The payment options are also not good like they will ask only for cash payments and if you disagree then they will make a whole chaos. Even when I serviced my vehicle they didn't even give me the bill and also no gate pass was given to me. I hope they will correct these errors in future although this is a new showroom so i have given it 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not upto the mark. I am Very much disappointed. If a customer comes for a service, they only take care of filling up paper work but communication is very poor. They will tell you that it will be done in half an hour but they take 2 hours. Horrible experience. Not professional too. Very lazy. They have got Time pass kind of attitude. Not organized as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of this Service centre is not business minded and not focusing on customers satisfaction. Becoz its employees except few are cunning and always have an intention to fool customers with adding additional spares.
Insurance Dealing manager is behaving like Govt. Office Babu : U can imagine the quality of service.
Security of this service centre and infrastructure is good and be aware of its employees ?
