★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of customer for servicing. Traffic is high. They don't notify customer about offers via SMS or email. Painting service is not available here. It's like a usual Indian Service Center. Internet issues, printer issues, labour issues and what not. Anyways it gets the work done. Recommended for people in Gamharia, Kandra

Luckily I got a finance person here who were ready to finance.
Please ? give more importance to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest hero bike showroom in this area. Huge variety available with all types of servicing. They have a huge service station for hero bikes. But their hospitality is very poor.
I am sharing my own experience. We bought a super splendor bike few months back. After bringing home, we saw that the speedometer is not working....so we are unable to see the milage and all. Then second wave arrived. Now from September we're in touch with the showroom manager P. Saraswati. He always assured that please bring the bike in our showroom we will fix all the problems and replace the speedometer. We called him on Monday (22/11/2021), he assured that we have meters.So, that day we booked a slot and visit there on Tuesday(23/11). . We reached there by 10 am. They took the bike ....made a test drive to arrest the problem (we told them that the meter is not working) and then take it for servicing and told that it will need 3-4 hours. We had some other works...so went to finish all those works and did our lunch. When we went back to the showroom we saw that no progress was made with the bike and it is kept where it was before 4 hours. Then after requesting, they took our bike and sent for wash. After that they just tightened all the screws and nothing. In the evening we came to know that speedometer is not available. They advised us to visit after few days. Now can you imagine how awful is the service. Our 130 km bike journey (Balarampur to jamshedpur round trip) in this winter and bad road conditions went in vain.
We just want improvement in understanding the value of customer.
