★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is 8 years old.. still none of the amenities are ready for use despite multiple requests and complaints.. Garden, water bodies / fountains, gym, club house, swimming pool, kids play area, are either locked up, barricaded, already broken or pending final completion..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is about to complete 10 yrs since it's commence date( in 2012).Still no amenities are open to use for residents. Nightmare starts after few months of purchase, builder don't answer to residents calls or even bother to meet any of its current residents for any maintance queries even after taking the hefty 2.5 lacs as one time maintenance amount from every resident. The maintenance team has limited authorities to make any decisions to fullfill the maintenance complaints. Like builder maintenance guys too ignore maintenance request, avoid attending owners calls, behave rudely. Gym,club house, children playarea, swimming pool are ready to use since last 2 years( almost after 8 yrs) but builder is not opening it for residents. Even after 9 years builder has not shown any intent to form society. He has not given any details of expenditure done towards the maintenance in last nine years.
To show a protest, residents even started jumping off the swimming pool gate but builder is too adamant that he is still not opening the gates. Builder do not even realize that these things can lead to an accidents. Kids can get serious injuries while jumping the gate in wet clothes.
For small thing like parking or lobby lights replacement residents need to follow for almost 3 months. Lifts are also not maintained periodically. lifts will be repaired everytime when they are out of service. Builder must respect the 9 yrs of patience shown by his customer and do the needful to resolve these things immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful project.Very peaceful surrounding with lots of greenery around.Natural sunlight flashing inside the house was very impressive. Satisfied with service provided by the Sales executive who showed the entire project and explained in every detail.All my quries were solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at Naren Bliss for past 5 years. Few maintenance issues faced by me were immediately resolved by the builders representatives.
Unfortunately, the club house got ready during covid time and since then due to pandemic rules we haven't been able to use these amenities yet. The water fountain, jogging track and lawn area are very nice and peaceful to enjoy early mornings and evenings. My favourite spot in the entire complex is the banyan tree since I'm a nature lover.
