I ordered plates before 2 months and paid advance for the same.. i was told that our order will be delivered within 8 days.. I had urgency for delivery of dinner set plates for my marraige purpose. Till date my order is not delivered and only 6 days left for my marraige.. It has been 2 months no response from them..
Very Very bad Customer Service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I bought a premium set of chimney & burner and I asked not to deliver showroom pieces and they agreed. However they delivered those display pieces anyway at the same time lying that those are new. The burner they packed is also faulty. I want this mess to be solved at earliest. Ashvin is a terrible executive to deal with.
